Our flats are originally furnished for mid - term regular use, but in case You are a university student we are ready to insert a dedicated desk and a gamer chair for each of You! High speed internet is available! Come and visit my sunny flat right in the centre of our amazing Budapest, just a short walk from the Danube/Váci street, accross National Museum. Top level flat (elevator access) in a century old house. Main gate opens directly to Kálvin sqr, where most attractions, restaurants and the Danube bank are nearby, while you can have a calm and quiet rest for the evenings. My fully furnished, comfy flat with fits your family (up to 4) and your beloved pet. The location The flat consists of a multifunctional area serving as living room/ kitchen/ bedroom, with queen size double bed and a convertible sofa on request for your children or friends and a comfortable bathroom with shower, everything is carefully thought trough! There is a full kitchen with all the needed utensils and machines for your stay (pans and pots, microwaves oven, kettle, coffee maker). This sunny flat is the best with A/C installed. You can find 55' smart TV with NETFLIX subscription! For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. The flat is exclusively at your disposal, you do not share any of the above-mentioned areas with me or other guests. The main entrance opens up an entre-corridor. Your apartment door will be on the right. More precise details you will receive in your welcome letter just before your arrival. Important Information: On top of the rent, you will also need to pay the common cost ("közös költség") - this is shown as the ‘Other’ cost in the price breakdown. In Budapest, this is a monthly fee paid by tenants to cover shared building expenses like cleaning, maintenance, lighting, water & garbage collection services...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
