Our flats are originally furnished for mid - term regular use, but in case You are a university student we are ready to insert a dedicated desk and a gamer chair for each of You! High speed internet is available! Brand new, fresh flat with young design prepared for your Budapest stay! The flat comfortably fits 2+1 (perfect for friends) and is centrally located in a pedestrian area in an over 100yrs old, historic building. It is at the gate of the City center, a few steps from Kálvin square (airport bus, metro, tram). Fast WIFI+NETFLIX. It is close enough to all key tourist attractions and nightlife but without the crowd. 0-24 onsite garage parking can be booked for extra fee subject to availability. The location The apartment consists of a large living room, while the bedroom part with queen size double bed is on its gallery. A convertible sofa is at your disposal for a nice evening chat / or bedding for two friends or kids. The kitchen is in a separate dining / cooking area where a dedicated door is ensuring your privacy at cooking. A table for 4 is prepared in the living room, but for a quick breakfast you can use the table of the kitchen directly. The kitchen designed and equipped with all the needed things for your stay. A nicely decorated, compact bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. In this apartment you have two bedding options (up to 4 person): a traditional full size double bed (140x200 cm) on the gallery and convertible sofa (140x200cm) on the main floor. You can decide which to prepare for your stay. The flat is accessible directly from the yard with a few steps to reach the elevated floor interior corridor. Foy your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. You are the exclusive user of the flat during your entire stay. 0-24 private access and no any shared facilities. Airport bus stop (100E) is just 2 min walk! Important Information: On top of the rent, you will also need to pay the common cost ("közös költség") - this is shown as the ‘Other’ cost in the price breakdown. In Budapest, this is a monthly fee paid by tenants to cover shared building expenses like cleaning, maintenance, lighting, water & garbage collection services...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
