Until now, there has been people from Ireland, Thailand, Spain, France, Netherlands, Nigeria, Filipinas, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Brasil, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, India and China. All of them non smokers. In one of the other rooms, in the spring term will be living a german erasmus girl. The third room is still vacant for the spring term. Additionaly to the monthly rent you have to pay the utility costs (since the beginning of the war in Ucraine, about 60-70 EUR in the warm months, about 95-105 in the cold months, depending specially on heating and hot water). City centre, street Liivamäe tänav (¡¡not Liivamäe tee!!), walking distance to University of Tallinn, Estonian Business School, Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool, old town, bus station... 1,5 km and direct tramway to EKA (from the stop Keskturg). Less than 5 minutes to the bus stops to Technical University, the towns of Jüri and Peetri, the airport, Ülemiste City... The room is bright and confortable, it has a surface of about 14 m2, a 2-door built-in-wardrobe in the corridor and a balcony with enough space to sit confortably. The balcony has been completely reconstructed in summer 2025 and is equiped with a confortable glazing which you can close an open totally or partially in order to enjoy the nice weather or protect yourself from wind and cold. (NOT YET ON THE PICTURES, SORRY! AS THE ROOM IS RENTED, I CANNOT TAKE NEW PICTURES UNTIL JANUARY.) The window and the balcony door are new, made of massive wood (not PVC) and with a strong thermal and acoustic isolation factor. Sunshine from midday until sunset. The parkett is orginal sovietic and recently restored. You can lock the door of your room with key. The flat is located on a 4th floor with lift (9 step-stair in the house entrance though!), it has a total surface of 70 m2. There is a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwaves oven, water boiler, toaster, mixer, vacuum cleaner... for common use of all flatmates. It has wifi, central heating and each room and the corridor are equiped with fire alarms. The flat has a complete bathroom (shower, wc, sink, washing machine) AND a toilette (wc and sink). Both has been completely reconstructed in early 2020. From the 390 euros deposit will be detracted the utilities of the last month (the bills will arrive after you have left). Once the bills for the utility costs of your last month will arrive, you will get the rest inmediately. Everything will be regulated in a contract (bilingual in estonian and english). If you have an ID car from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Portugal or Spain, it is possible to sign the contract digitally. The room is rented only to ONE non-smoking person, no pets allowed. **** Please only non smokers. ***...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
