Perfect for a stay in the heart of the city, while being on a quiet street. Immediate proximity to public transport, park, grocery stores and shopping, restaurants, cinema,... The space consists of a large and bright room and a small bedroom area, with a double bed, a comfy sofa, a dinner table with chairs, a desk for working, a modern shower room with toilet, storage space, equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge , filter coffee, kettle, toaster,...), washing machine. There is NO dishwasher, NO oven, NO bicycle storage, NO air conditioning. I'm looking for responsible and calm tenants. No party or loud noise please.
