The apartment is located in the very centre of Koper, on one of the main streets. Farmer’s market, beach, Tito’s square (main square), supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, post office are all less than 10 minutes stroll from the apartment! If you like to be at the hot spot of the town, this is the right property. What is the best of everything? When you come home after busy day of exploring, peaceful and quiet environment is secured. You cannot hear all the buzz and liveliness of Koper from just moments ago. The apartment has a sea view from a spacious balcony on the one side and a magnificent old town view on the other side. Even a calm evening at home will be time well spent. Apartment has two separate bedrooms, separate shower and bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a balcony with the most beautiful view on the sea (and sunset). It is fully equipped with everything needed for day-to-day life. However, our building does not have an elevator, so be mindful, some leg work is (un)fortunately needed to arrive to the 4th floor. The apartment is a perfect fit for a family of up to 4 members. Public parking is in the front of the building. The minimum stay is 30 days. The stated price is for a season only (from June till September). If rented for entire season, the price can be discounted....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
