The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a stone's throw away and invites you to relax or go jogging. All rooms in the apartment face south-west and are therefore very friendly and bright. There is also a loggia balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day, as well as two French balconies. We currently live in the apartment ourselves. It is therefore not artificially furnished, but has been furnished by us over time with attention to detail. As we both work from home a lot, we have set up a separate home office. Alternatively, the room could also be used as a children's room. In addition to the excellent location, it is the charm of the old building combined with the modern floor plan and the two new bathrooms that make this apartment so special.
