The bedroom is about 15 m2 (See room nr. 4 in floor plan) The rent is EUR 500,- per month plus an additional EUR 60,- for utilities per month. The deposit is EUR 1120,- The contract for the room is for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2 months notice. If, for any reason, you want to cancel your contract earlier this would be possible if you find a replacement student, who we agree with, to rent the room as you move out. They are between 25-35 years and come from all around the world. They get along with each others very well. You can spend some quality time togheter in the shared and spacious kitchen or also enjoy some time in your private room. For a good shared living environment there are some house rules, for example always keep the shared areas clean, respect each other, no smoking inside the apartment...
