Lovely apartment with 2 rooms (1 bedroom, 1 living room with bed-sofa) + a nice spacious kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful quiet balcony facing lots of trees on a little playground. I rent my apartment because I'm currently living abroad, working as a teacher in Greece. So this is not for commercial purposes. The flat comes with WiFi up to 50GB/month. It is within 3 minutes walk to the Metro Station (U1, Maximilianstraße) and super close to many bars, cafes, supermarkets etc in walking distance.
