Several public transports, shops, restaurants are at your disposal close at hand. The apartment is on floor #4 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, crockery, microwave, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils, toaster... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, broom, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, water. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Jet d’Eau neighbourhood, in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, is divided in two by Avenue Berthelot and its many small businesses, and thanks to the tramway you will reach the Quais du Rhône directly! Here, where this colourful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you will also find the Blandan park, a living and breathing green space at the heart of the 3rd, 7th and 8th arrondissements. Inside this several-acre park there are diverse attractions such as a 1700 m2 skatepark, sports fields (basketball, football, ping-pong...) and events are organised all year round (Hip Hop Festival, concerts, shows...). Just minutes from the Jet d’Eau tram stop stands the Marguerite Duras multimedia library, dominating the square with its 5 floors and a façade made almost entirely from glass.
