What's nearby: - 10 seconds walk to the closes bus station! - 10 minutes walk to Gesundbrunnen - 5 minutes to Osloer str (Bike) - 18 minutes to Brandenburg Gate (SBahn) Note: - Liability insurance is mandatory (You can make a contract with our partner via our App, or have a contract with any other insurance company) - Brand new bedding, towel sets and first use toiletries will be provided as gift - Internet is available at the apartment as a gift - Please familiarize yourself with the German house rules (Hausordnung) before applying for the property. - All payments including the service fee and the deposit should be initiated before the hanover appointment. However if you do happen to find any major differences, we are more than willing to refund you with the admin fee, first rent through HA, and deposit immediately. Additionally, you have the option to sign the contract either at our office or right before the handover at the apartment itself. - Once the booking process is completed, you will receive a link that allows you to arrange the formalities and handover smoothly. - Both parties are require to conduct a handover protocol. In case you cannot be present during the handover appointment, please inform us before. - Although all cost are included, the tenants with over energy consumption can be charged. - The rental contract can be extended only if there is no breach of contract, and also the owner of the property doesn't ask to have the apartment back. - We offer handover appointments during working days only. 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (16:30) - The amount of rent and deposit is not negotiable. - We do not offer contracts in English however you will get a copy in English only for your reference. - As digital rental contracts are not fully legal in Germany, for the sake of both parties safety we do not offer digital contract.
