The rent goes with a 3-month contract with a possible extension in which the tenant can search for long-term accommodation in Amsterdam. All will be described in a rental contract. The kitchen with a gas stove and, bathroom with a washing machine/bath/shower and toilet are shared. The tenant will get their own kitchen cupboard, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pans and pots, plates, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen. The cleaning of the shared space in the house will be taken care of. The apartment is on the 4th floor reachable with an elevator. The neighbourhood is vibrant with lots of greenery, Amsterdam Geuzenveld - Slotermeer in Amsterdam. Central Station is easily accessible by public transport. And in a 5-minute walk from the house, there is a shopping centre as well a fresh foods market with a good variety of restaurants.
