Ericeira has a distinctly relaxed, seaside vibe with narrow cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and traditional Portuguese architecture. Throughout the town you’ll find a mix of traditional Portuguese eateries, seafood restaurants, casual cafés, and modern health‐food spots - reflecting both local culture and the influence of an international expat and surf community. Daily needs like groceries, bakeries, and personal services (e.g., hairdressers and wellness shops) are just a short walk away, making everyday life convenient even without a car. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
