In the kitchenette, you’ll find all the appliances you could need such as a washing machine, a dishwasher and a stove top. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a bath. In the hallway you’ll find some storage room.. . Given the longer nature of this apartment’s reservations, the guest will meet our team at our office where we will provide the keys as well as all the information needed to access the property.. . This property overlooks the charming Rua do Alecrim, between Largo do Camões and Cais do Sodré. In this area there’s no shortage of restaurants, bars, local commerce and supermarkets. Just a couple minutes away by foot, you’ll find yourself in Chiado, a place brimming with commerce and places to eat like the famous coffee shop “A brasileira”. The central location of this property serves as a perfect base for you to explore and fully experience our beautiful city.. . While you can reach many places by foot, the area is very well served of public transportation. Just 4 minutes away by foot, is the station of Cais do Sodré. Here you have access to the metro line as well as the Cascais train line that takes you to the beach. Alternatively, there are also many bus options and even the famous 28 tram just a few blocks away.. . This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
