ROOM Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you’ll find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a wardrobe with plenty of storage for all your essentials. Your private bedroom also features a table with a lamp and chair, so you can comfortably work or study from home. You won't need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive with just your luggage at hand! Please note that this bedroom has a single bed. APARTMENT You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates. BUILDING Located in the heart of the exciting Europacity, our modern building makes Berlin living even more special. This brand new construction features a community space in the ground floor, where (hidden) members can meet up, network, or host small events like game nights or cocktail hour. You will also have access to a beautiful courtyard, the perfect place to escape from busy city living and enjoy a moment of stillness. NEIGHBOURHOOD An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
- Select your dates to check availability.

- Fill in a quick rental application and send an intro message.
- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
