Our 53 m2 Suites for stays over 28 nights have been furnished in a modern, high-quality style. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table where everyone can come together. The separate bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m) ensures excellent relaxation. In the living room, you will find a modern smart TV and a cosy sofa bed (1.60 m) that can sleep two more people. The room layout is rounded off by your own bathroom with shower, so you can feel right at home. A special highlight, however, is the built-in air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant room climate even on hot summer days. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in the communal laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. Im Wohnzimmer findest Du neben einem modernen Smart-TV auch ein gemütliches Schlafsofa (1,60 m), auf dem zwei weitere Personen schlafen können. Abgerundet wird die Zimmeraufteilung von Deinem eigenen Bad mit Dusche, damit Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Besonderes Highlight ist jedoch die eingebaute Klimaanlage, die auch an heißen Sommertagen für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du für einen Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite.
