💢💢💢 Our Maffucci Studios residence offers comfortable accommodation for students and workers . Located in a four-storey building, with a total of 15 studio apartments. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and welcome kit. Some apartments also have balconies or terraces. Weekly cleaning and linen change are included. The studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection , satellite TV and a coin-operated laundry room available to all our guests. (€3.50 per coin) The Maffucci Studios residence is located near the Polytechnic University of Milan Bovisa: reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes Film Studios is a great choice for travelers interested in historic centres, well-organised public transport and culture. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Milan Bovisa-Politecnico train station about 10 minutes on foot. Yellow line metro with Dergano stop about 800 meters away. For stays of one month only, a local tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”), which is a municipal charge applied to short-term stays.
