All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and welcome kit. Some apartments also have balconies or terraces. Weekly cleaning and linen change are included. The studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection , satellite TV and a coin-operated laundry room available to all our guests. (€3.50 per coin) The Maffucci Studios residence is located near the Polytechnic University of Milan Bovisa: reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes Film Studios is a great choice for travelers interested in historic centres, well-organised public transport and culture.
