The house is a new construction, close by the river, city center and train station. It has a dedicated parking, and it’s furnished. It’s 120sqm. In size. The ground floor has a foyer, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a living (there’s a dining table between the kitchen and living room). There are floor to cowling windows that lead from the living-room to a 45sqm yard with a storage unit. On the second floor There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, the other room has a single that opens to a queen bed. The third bedroom is a rather small one which I converted to a walk in closet (it has a window). there is also a bathroom (with a bathtub and a separate standing shower). The third floor is an open space area with a slanted ceiling (with a lot of space) right now it’s an office with a sofa, also the washing machine on this floor. It could used it asa master bedroom as it’s a big space with a window....
