Upon entering you find the cozy living room, which has a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing watching your favorite shows; and also integrates with the dining room, located on an upper level. The kitchen is an independent space, and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival. Next to it, there is a guest bathroom. On the second floor, the most private area is located. We find a double bedroom and a second bedroom equipped as an office. This floor has a full bathroom with bathtub. The property has a communal pool. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Located in the neighborhood of Gracia. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk away you will find the Hospital San Pau, one of the main landmarks of Catalan modernist architecture; and 15 minutes away is the impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.
