Our 35-48 m2 Two-Bedroom Apartments with rooftop terrace have been furnished to our highest modern standards. Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with a beautiful dining table where everyone can come together. In the first separate bedroom, two people can enjoy a restful night's sleep on the comfortable double bed (1.50 m). In the second bedroom, another person can sleep on the single bed (100 cm). In the living room there is also a pull-out sofa bed (1.50 m) with a modern TV, which can also sleep two more people. The room layout is rounded off by your own large rooftop terrace to make you feel at home. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
