Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 m), a pull-out sofa bed (1.50 m) in the living room and a modern TV as well as a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site.
