The homely furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residential building and has a living area of about 40sqm. The floor in the living and sleeping area consists of beautiful wooden floorboards and the bathroom is tiled. The spacious living room is furnished with a beautiful black leather couch, a matching carpet and a white living room table in front of it. Due to the large windows throughout the apartment, a lot of light falls into the rooms, which creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition, there is a small wardrobe with a mirror and a practical dining table for two people. In the bedroom, a cozy double bed awaits the two tenants. A spacious closet on the wall next to it provides ample storage space. The kitchen is part of the living room and leaves nothing to be desired: a refrigerator, a modern stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery are ready for you. The bathroom is well-equipped and comes with a shower, a toilet, mirror as well as a sink. In addition, towels are ready for the tenant. The apartment is located in the center of Potsdam. To the popular Charlottenhof Palace and the adjacent park of the same name, it is only 500 walking meters and thus less than 6 min. Behind it stretches a wide green space, which invites you to relax. Since the apartment is very centrally located in Potsdam, the connection to the public transport network is ideal. 2 min from the front door is a bus and streetcar stop, from which all other destinations can be reached easily. Even to the "Potsdam Charlottenhof" train station, from which regional trains can also be accessed, it is only a 5 min walk.
