It is fully furnished and equipped with dishes and appliances (fridge, oven, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron). The rent required for the lease is 650,000 euros per month, plus consumption and condominium expenses. Anyone interested in renting (even for short durations) has to show certified work references.
