Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster eins Richtung Süden und das andere Richtung Westen. Außerdem hat das Zimmer noch ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Die große Küche im Haus kann auch mitbenutzt werden. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral ca 10 min von allen bekannten Unis. ( LMU, TUM) Der Englische Garten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen darfst sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. 5 Minuten entfernt an der Münchner Freiheit gibt es Shopping Möglichkeiten mit Kleidungsgeschäften...
