The flat is close to the Soroksári office corridor and international universities. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining area, a modern heating system with its own meter, air conditioning, and even a balcony facing to the west. The building has an inner garden with a playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with a heater, and washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances, with a fridge, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a cozy and bright room with a double bed and a beautiful private balcony. Staying here will surely give a pleasant experience, especially for young couples or students. Optionally there is a parking place. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - All our apartments include a basic WIFI - Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies.
