My apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. It is a large studio with a double bad 160x200, 2 x Living room armchairs, a dining table and two chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment located on ground floor-in the internal building facing the courtyard. Guest can access the full apartment\studio. - Internet/Wifi: High speed Interent included - TV: Smart TV conected to the Wifi 🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
