PRIVATE ROOM in a lovely, bright flat with terraces in Vienna’s 9th district. WOMEN ONLY. Very safe neighbourhood with excellent local amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, ... public transport in all directions, close to the 1st district. We are a household consisting of a mother and her teenage daughter, and we have a dog. The flat is very well situated for exploring the city, museums and cultural attractions, or for visiting many of the University of Vienna’s faculties....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
