Please note that there is no elevator present. The flat consists of a spacious kitchen with a large fridge, a washing machine, a living room, 5 bedrooms that are all furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a working desk, and all the necessary equipment to live comfortably. The apartment also has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The flat is ideal for students and young expats. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - All our apartments include a basic WIFI - Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. - Common cost: 58320 HUF - this is split between the tenants and payable per month. IMPORTANT: - Our agency fee of 350 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals.
