The flat consists of a huge living room, windows facing Kodaly Square, 100% south oriented, 3 bedrooms with double bed in each one, table and huge wardrobes, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms with toilet and tub. The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, and washing machine, with a big fridge, oven, microwave, wifi,...etc. it’s a perfect place for students or working people. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - Utility costs will be based on consumption and are approx. 50 EUR per month per person. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. - Common cost: 25466 HUF this is split between all tenants and payable each month. IMPORTANT: - Our agency fee of 300 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
