Private Appartment with private bath and private Terrace and Garden, green and calm, new kitchen and all necessary furniture near S-Bahn eschborn-niederhoechststadt (Public Transport) which takes you to Eschborn Süd in 5 Minutes, Frankfurt Central (Haupbahnhof) in 12 Minutes. The room with private WC (Toilet & shower) is equipped with everything you need (bed, table, chair, wardrobe), the kitchen is also fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. There is a washing room with a washer and dryer. You can just move in and feel well :) Your lovely landlord who does not live in the house but also in Eschborn (that’s me) is extra friendly and supportive. :) The tenant has an extention option for another 6 months. If he renews his period by exercising his option, the admin fee (150 EUR) will NOT be charged.
