The heating schedule is: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. ● The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for residential heating is 19°C. ● Do not use multiple appliances simultaneously to avoid power outages. In such a case, guests must reset the fuse box. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
