It's a first floor so not to many stairs, if you want a bit of passive exercise, however, there is a good lift for those days when you arrive home with bags of groceries to take up. One of our favorite things about this home is it's amazing location to Valencia's main Port, an unbeatable spot where people gather for rollerblading sessions, strolling, having coffee, boat watching... But that's not all! If you have had enough with exploring the many streets, restaurants and markets the Cabanyal has to offer, you will find the metro station very nearby to go to the old town or directly to the airport. You can find a supermarket nearby and if you want to discover all what Valencia offers after a few steps just follow the Av. del Port, where you can find numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, variety of shops and services. Last but not least: The beach is not more than 10 minutes away!...
