Al primo piano senza ascensore di un’elegante palazzina situata a pochi passi dal centro città,si trova questo stupendo appartamento appena ristrutturato di circa 80mq dotato di ogni comfort e ideale per soggiorni brevi: Abbiamo a disposizione una lavatrice posizionata in uno dei due bagni. La cucina, a parte, con tavolo, ha tra le sue dotazione una lavastoviglie, un microonde, un bollitore e la macchina da caffè Nespresso con le relative cialde, In una delle camere da letto, una bella TV Smart con un divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo e due letti singoli a scomparsa (uno sopra l’altro) anch’essi molto comodi. Altra camera da letto, con armadi, tv e un bellissimo letto matrimoniale. L’aria condizionata viene utilizzata sia per il raffrescamento che per il riscaldamento. Wifi in tutto l’appartamento. A completare la proprietà, due bagni, uno con doccia e un bagno con water e lavandino. Nei pressi dell’appartamento troviamo la stazione dei treni (sia Ferrovie dello Stato che Ferrovie Nord, comodi entrambi per recarsi a Milano in 45 minuti di percorrenza). Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti. Vicinanza all’autostrada, al centro città, all’università degli studi dell’Insubria, i Giardini e Palazzo Estensi, e i due Ospedali (Circolo e Ponte) due fiori all’occhiello della nostra Regione Lombardia. Per finire, un comodo box con serranda elettrica utilissimo per non avere nessun problema di parcheggio CIR 012133-CIM-0006...
