The apartment is at the Kodály körönd, close to the Oktogon, it’s surrounded by public transport (Metro 1, Tram No. 4-6, Trolleybus No. 73, 75). The flat is in one of the Kodály körönd's four leading buildings. The apartment is on the third floor, the building has one elevator. The flat is looking to the inner yard, so it is very quiet, and because it is on the top floor it is also bright and luminous. The flat consists of one room (with a double bed on the gallery, dining table, wardrobe etc), a separated kitchen and a complete bathroom with toilet and tub. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, a big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster...etc it’s a perfect place for one person or a young couple. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: All our apartments include a basic WIFI Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend how much you have to pay for the utilities. COMMON COST IS 15180 HUF and water included in the common cost. Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. In addition to the utilities there is also the Common Cost: this is split between the tenants and payable per month.
