It's located directly on Torstrasse - iykyk. :) It's my dream area and I would like to move in 1st of June or 1st of July and looking for a roomate to share this apartment with. :) It's walking distance to the cutest coffees and some of the best restaurants in Berlin as well as Monbijou Park (ca. 7min), where it's super lovely to enjoy the sunsets at the Spree. The apartment is currently under constructions. They are adding a wall in the living room to create a second bedroom. Both bedrooms will then have direct access to a balcony.
