Description

Beautiful rooftop apartment with two balconies in the heart of Berlin Mitte. It's located directly on Torstrasse - iykyk. :) It's my dream area and I would like to move in 1st of June or 1st of July and looking for a roomate to share this apartment with. :) It's walking distance to the cutest coffees and some of the best restaurants in Berlin as well as Monbijou Park (ca. 7min), where it's super lovely to enjoy the sunsets at the Spree. The apartment is currently under constructions. They are adding a wall in the living room to create a second bedroom. Both bedrooms will then have direct access to a balcony. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
