Climate controlled with air conditioning, you'll be comfortable in any season! - Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building with an elevator in a historic area characterized by narrow and picturesque streets, where you'll find a charming mix of traditional and modern architecture, so don't forget to explore on foot! Please note that at the entrance of the building, there are 3 steps. NOTE: Ongoing construction works in adjacent building. - Living Room A compact yet cozy living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and kitchenette. It opens onto a small balcony that floods the space with natural light. The light tones and wooden furniture, reminiscent of 1950s design, create a light and inviting atmosphere that spreads throughout the apartment! The air conditioning ensures your comfort in any season! - Kitchenette Fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bedroom It features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized. Also equipped with air conditioning. - Bathroom A modern bathroom with a shower. Bathroom with Shower. Please note that it is an interior bathroom, without windows, so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the space frequently to avoid moisture buildup due to baths. It also comes equipped with a washing machine. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
