❗ If you need your rental contract before move-in, the deposit and rent for two months must be extra paid in advance. The apartment is located in a quiet alley in the 10th district near the U1 Reumannplatz underground station and the 0 and 6 tram stations. Stephansplatz, the Opera and the city center are 15 minutes away. The main train station is 10 minutes far from the apartment. From there you can go directly to the airport (one station, about 10 minutes away by train). The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. Perfect for the students or a couple. In the immediate vicinity are the supermarkets Lidl, Billa, Spar. The deposit and management fee has to be transferred until the check in day.
