Circondata da alberi e grandi Palme su un prato verde, la villa è dotata di piscina e sempre fuori nella zona giardino si trova barbecue e un bagno di servizio. Dall’ingresso principale della casa si trova una grande zona giorno con ampi divani di cui uno utilizzabile come comodo divano letto. Dal salone si accede anche alla cucina indipendente con zona pranzo. Tramite un corridoio si accede alla zona notte dove sono dislocate 3 camere; una camera matrimoniale, 1 camera con letto singolo e una doppia con letto singolo e letto aggiuntivo posto incassato nel mobile armadio. Presente un bagno con vasca idromassaggio posta ad angolo e con due lavabo e bidet. Sempre dal salone e dalla cucina si accede ad una comoda veranda che guarda verso la piscina. Poco distante troviamo Risto-bar, un centro sportivo con campi di calcetto e da padel , l’aeroporto è a circa 15 km, la stazione ferroviaria a circa 7 km , la spiaggia più vicina è a 7 km...
