Il comporte une pièce principale (bureau, table & chaises, canapé-lit) avec kitchenette (frigo, congélateur, plaques de cuisson, lave-linge séchant), une salle de bain avec douche et WC, ainsi qu’un balcon. Il y a également un local à vélo dans le bâtiment....
