We have been living in this apartment für 4 years and have to leave due to work related reasons for about a year. The Appartment has one big bedroom, a small office room, which could also be used as second bedroom or child's room. The living room is big and bright and is combined with the kitchen. The toilet and bathroom are separated. There is also an additional closet room. It has a big balcony and amazing view to the winery gardens. It is also one of the best locations for Germans Silvester Fireworks. =) Pets are allowed. Smoking not preferred. The U-Bahn Station is just 2 minutes away and takes about 15 minutes to Schloß-Platz and Hauptbahnhof. There is also a nice park and lake just 1 stop away and 4 stops to the next MacFit. Multiple grocery stores are available with 5 minutes of walking distance...
