If arriving by train from María Zambrano main station or the airport (same train), the final stop is Centro Alameda, just 1.5 km from the property. A public parking lot is conveniently located about 300m away, with daily rates around €18.00, subject to change and independent of our services. Comfortable Accommodation Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, our recently renovated apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a modern bathroom with shower, complimentary WiFi, and a dishwasher. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, while air conditioning in the living room ensures your comfort. Pet-Friendly We welcome your furry companions for an additional fee of €30.00 per reservation. Inquire about our charming Pet Kit. Please note: pets are not permitted on beds or sofas, and we kindly ask that you do not leave them unattended in the vacation home or create noise disturbances. Optional Extras Enhance your stay with our optional extras, including a baby cot for €5.00 per day, a baby kit (cot, high chair, bath) for €10.00 per day, or in-person check-in at the apartment for an additional €50. If you opt for this service, please inform us in advance. Important Information Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection is at our office until 21:00, with personalized assistance if needed. Self-check-in is available outside these hours. Luggage storage is available at our office. Registration can be completed online or in-person at our office. Please arrive early for in-person registration, as all guests over 16 years old must sign the mandatory police registration form upon check-in.
