There are two ways to access the apartment: from the first entrance of the building’s courtyard, you descend a staircase, and on the right, you can enter in the apartment. From the hall, a corridor with three steps leads you to the spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa, television, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, electric oven, and fridge-freezer. The living room windows overlook the private communal courtyard. A modern sliding tempered glass door separates the bedroom from the living room. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with storage underneath and a large wardrobe above the bed. Here too, there is a window overlooking the sidewalk. From the entrance corridor, you access the modern bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious shower, bidet, and a small window. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
