Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: streetcars, buses and subway line M5 Lilla stop Monumentale, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning. Energy class in the process of being assigned. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €70 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
