Die beiden Zimmer verfügt über ein kleines und sehr großes Fenster mit viel Tageslicht und genügend Platz für eine Person. Die gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten wie der Balkon zum Innenhof, Badezimmer, Flur, Küche + inkl. Einbauküche, neuen großen Kühlschrank, 1,5 Jahre alter DeLongi Kaffee-Vollautomaten, Küchen-Esstisch + Stühle, Bad Komplettausstattung mit Miele-Waschmaschine, Großer Spiegelschrank + 2x helle Spiegelschrank Beleuchtung beides neu + 1x Handtücher-Badezimmer-Schrank) mit allem komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage und ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Busse fahren alle 2 - 3 Minuten) angebunden. Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, S/U-Bahn sind auch in der Nähe (5 - 10 Minuten entfernt).
