I rent a medium room for single use from August 1, with a 135x190 bed in a beautiful renovated apartment, located in the center of Valencia on C/Játiva. Very well connected with bus and metro stops for access to universities. It is a ninth floor with an outdoor terrace and lots of light, consisting of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, double bed, internet (wifi and cable), wardrobe and study table. The house has 3 bathrooms (two toilets and a full bathroom). The kitchen is fully equipped with gallery and new appliances (oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washing machine. etc). The house also has a large living room. The entire property has high ceilings, large Climalit windows through which a lot of light enters and parquet floors. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
