Room available in beautful student housing. In total there are 6 bedrooms (so in total 6 tenants can live there). The rooms are fully furnished and the flat is fully equipped (washing machine, WIFI, kitchen utilities). It has 2 bathrooms, a seperate toilet and a big kitchen The flat is next to the tram No 1 and close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz. The flat is well connected by public transport. It takes around 19 minutes to reach Kärnterstrasse. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. We need to ask for a 2 month deposit, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine. No pets. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
