There are several public transport stops just around the corner (U3/U2 Volkstheater, tram Nr. 46, 49, bus 48A, 13A)The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The apartement has 4 bedrooms in total, a shared and equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet. The room is available from March 1st onwards. The contract is for 5 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice at the end of February, August or September.
