The rooms I rent are in a villa that has been completely renovated and equipped for 8 people. All rooms have a private bathroom. The common areas are: living room, kitchen, laundry, study room, garden and swimming pool in summer. Cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price. In the surrounding area there are leisure areas, supermarkets, hospitals, universities and green areas for sports. It is a residential, quiet and safe area. Well connected to the city centre by bus or train. A few minutes by bus from Ciudad Universitaria (Complutense University) and Moncloa.
