Möblierung: Zimmer 1 : Doppelbett oder 2 Einzelbetten. grosser Schrank, kleiner Schreibtisch, Möblierung Zimmer 2: Doppelbett, Tisch zum Aufklappen mit Sesseln, Couch , kleiner Schrank, Sessel der zum Gästebett umfunktioniert werden kann. Man braucht nur seine persönlichen Sachen einpacken und einziehen. Die Küche ist nicht nur möbliert, sondern auch mit Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen bestückt inklusive Wasserkocher . Bettzeug inkl. Bezüge und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert mit neuen Fenstern mit Dreifach Verglasung, alles frisch ausgemalt und Türen und Türstǒcke alles frisch lackiert. Die Miete ist eine Kaltmiete. Das heisst, dass man Strom und Gas selber anmeldet. Somit kann man sparen bei geringem Verbrauc...
